Ronald McDonald House Birthday Card Hop

Well, hello there! Hope you are having a fabulous weekend thus far. Today I am taking part in a blog hop that will benefit children and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Lubbock, Texas. I think many of us are familiar with, or have heard of this organization before, but if not, I am going to leave you with their mission statement.

"We provide families stability and resources so they can help their children become healthy and happy. We are the warm shelter in the storm. Whether their problems involve staying near and supporting a hospitalized child, how to afford staying together in another city while a child is undergoing treatment or even getting basic medical care in a vulnerable or rural community. We're here to help. We do this through the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. We have been providing these programs for almost 25 years since a group of community leaders came together to open the Ronald McDonald House in Lubbock in 1988. McDonald’s is a partner in care and provides, through local donations,14% of our operating budget. The other 86% comes from gifts from individuals, corporations, organizations and foundations who support our mission."

Today's hop is sponsored by:

You may click HERE for a link to her Etsy store. :)

In addition, there will be TWO, yes, TWO prizes for this hop. There will be one "stash prize" given to one lucky commenter who comments on EVERY blog, and another prize of a stamp set and crinkle ribbon from the Etsy store chosen from people who mail cards. I will explain how you do that, next.

If you choose to participate in this with us, all you need to do is go to THIS BLOG and find the address of where to send your birthday cards for the kids at the Ronald McDonald House. If you send cards to the address listed in that blog post, you will be eligible to win the second prize of a stamp set and ribbon.

Here are some of the cards I will be sending to Sarah.

Below, you will find the entire line up, just in case you get lost along the way.

Please be sure to stop by Michele's blog, next.
